Mark has been cooking in Sonoma County for decades, bringing together classic diner comfort, European influences, and a whole lot of heart.

He’s the creative brain behind legendary dishes like the Country Benedict, Duck Confit Hash, and his grandma’s famous Pull-Aparts (yes, those dangerously addictive cinnamon-sugar bites everyone keeps talking about).
But more than the food, customers love Mark because he brings a sense of warmth, humor, and community to everything he does. He’s the chef who will step out of the kitchen to chat at your table, crack a joke, or hand-deliver your plate if he thinks you need it right now.
