  • 1st Course -- Santa Rosa Seafood’s Sauté Prawns & Day Boat Scallops on Bed of Braised Leek and Green Garlic Sauce
  • 2nd Course -- Baby Arugula Salad with Sundried Tomatoes, Aged Tres Bien Goat Cheese, Meyers Lemon Dressing
  • 3rd Course -- Your choice of one of the following:
    • Roasted Natural Range Beef Filet with Red Wine Mushroom Sauce
    • Fresh Seared Northern Halibut with Fava Beans, Chef's Mushrooms Tarragon Cream Sauce
    • Roasted Loin of Pork with Tierra Farm's Root Vegetables, Pan Gravy
    • Vegetarian course available upon request
  • Dessert -- Saffron Stewed Pears with Vanilla Ice Cream

  • $52.50 per person plus tax, 20% gratuity and beverages
  • $25.00 nonrefundable deposit per-table
  • $25.00 nonrefundable deposit per-person for parties of 6 or more
